Cbji accounts are strictly personal. Transferring, selling, or sharing your account with anyone else is entirely prohibited. Members are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.
Cbji supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to deposits:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳ 500.
- Funds deposited on cbji may only be used for betting and gaming purposes.
- Deposited funds are typically credited to the account instantly. If there is any delay, please contact the support team.
- Only payment accounts registered in the member's own name are accepted on cbji. Third-party payments are not permitted.

The following rules apply at all times when placing bets on cbji:
- Once a bet is finalized on cbji, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- Cbji reserves the right to refund the stake of any bet if the outcome of the relevant event is voided.
- Cbji reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
- Betting on opposing outcomes of the same event across multiple bets (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.
- Odds in live betting change continuously. The odds displayed at the time of bet submission are considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cbji and will result in immediate account termination if detected:
- Multiple Accounts: Coordinating bets among individuals of the same person or family to abuse bonuses.
- Collusion: Attempting to influence outcomes by colluding with other members.
- Software Usage: Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any other automated software.
- Money Laundering: Illegal money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
- Hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to cbji's systems, algorithms, or another member's account.
- False Information: Operating an account using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
Consequences: If any of the above violations are detected, cbji reserves the right to suspend the account, forfeit the entire balance, and take legal action if necessary.

- Cbji does not sell members' personal information to third parties.
- Member information is not disclosed except when required by law or requested by a regulatory authority.

Any dispute or complaint with cbji will be handled through the following process:
- The member must first contact cbji's customer support team.
- Cbji will provide an initial response within 48 hours of receiving a complaint.
- Complex matters will be resolved within 7 business days.
- Cbji's decision shall be considered final; however, members may appeal to the appropriate regulatory authority.
In the event of a dispute regarding cbji's betting results, cbji's server logs and system records shall serve as the definitive evidence. If a bet is recorded with an incorrect result due to a technical issue, cbji reserves the right to make corrections.
Cbji reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made:
- For significant changes, cbji will notify members via email or SMS.
- Updated terms and conditions take effect from the date of publication.
